NM State Legislature Passes Several Crucial Renewable Energy Bills

Many important bills were passed, perhaps most notably, HB 572, which allows property owners to finance solar systems through their property taxes. CST applauds all that were involved in passing these measures that will foster the growth of the renewable energy industry in New Mexico for years to come.
