Kevin Bassalleck
Kevin Bassalleck serves as the Director of Commercial Project Development for CST. His primary role is to oversee the development of CST's commercial projects by evaluating potential sites, developing a preliminary system design, and performing preliminary financial analysis and feasibility. Mr. Bassalleck continues to hone CST's knowledge of available technology, system engineering resources, and incorporates the latest performance modeling software into CST's proprietary internal financial modeling software in conjunction with the Director of Finance. He studied Bio-molecular Chemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jerry Mosher
Mr. Mosher heads the integration arm of CST, and is the President of Mosher Enterprises, Inc., CST's sister company and a premier design-build electrical contracting firm in the Southwest. Mr. Mosher has over 25 years of project management, and electrical contracting experience on large projects, including line work for major utilities in New Mexico and the surrounding states. Mosher Enterprises performs all the electrical contracting and project management for CST, and maintains a highly-trained, professional staff of over 70 electrical journeyman.
Dustin Neel
Mr. Neel, director of Design and Engineering for Mosher Enterprises, Inc, is also an integral part of the CST team, where he is our in-house design consultant for Solar/PV integration. With over 12 years experience as an electrical designer and CAD technician, Neel is the primary liaison between construction and engineering teams during the installation of PV solar systems.
